Bridget is a seasoned executive with 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical & vaccines industry, cutting across general management, marketing, sales management, commercial excellence, commercial trade channels & distribution and market access, at both country and regional levels. She is driven by a strong sense of purpose and as a leader strives to bring the best out of teams whilst ensuring that clients, principals, customers and patients remain a top priority.
Zawadi Wesonga
Executive: People & Culture
Zawadi is a seasoned HR Professional with a wealth of experience having held various executive roles in leading multinational organizations prior to Joining Surgipharm. She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and holds a degree in Marketing and Management. In her role as Executive: People & Culture at Surgipharm, she is responsible for the execution of the people and culture strategy.
Humphreys Arunga
Business Unit Head: Pharma
Mr. Arunga joined Surgipharm in 2009. He has a diverse educational background ranging from biological sciences, sociology, and management. He is involved in institutional and tender business.

Business Unit Head: Surgical & Medical
Judy Kobe has over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical and medical device industry having worked for key multinational companies covering the EA Region. She holds a MSc. from Stellenbosch University with several leadership and management training from Strathmore University and Wits University SA.

Dr. Shyam Lakhani is a qualified pharmacist with an MBA from United States International University. He also doubles up as the Warehouse Manager.
